Cindy founded the firm after ten years’ audit experience gained in Singapore. She has served clients from a wide spectrum of industries such as trading and retailers, food and beverage, construction, logistics, manufacturing, transport and freight forwarding, travel and tour agents, MCST management, shipping, oil and gas trading, IT development, and other services industries.
She is also involved in managing a sizeable client portfolio providing services in accounting, compilation, taxation, corporate secretary, and business consultancy.
She believes that “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.” It drives her to lead her team members to do what is right even when no one is watching.
Steven Tan

Steven is a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA). He is also the fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA). He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of assurance and advisory. Prior to setting up his public practice in 2009, he was with two international public accounting firms and various local chartered accounting firms for over a decade. His portfolio of audit assignments ranges from emerging smaller business to multinationals, statutory boards, non-profit organisations and public listed companies. Some of the industries covered include trading, shipping, manufacturing, construction, electronic, pawn broking, town councils, clubs and associations and electrical engineering.
In addition to audit responsibilities, Steven has also been involved in other ad-hoc projects such as providing due diligence review for clients making significant investment acquisitions.

Sheryl Chuah

Ms Sheryl graduated from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA), she is also a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). She has more than 12 years of professional experience in accounting and auditing with international public accounting firms and chartered accountants firms across two countries (Singapore and Malaysia). During her time with a local accounting firm, she has handled a portfolio of clients in providing accounting, taxation and corporate secretary services. Her portfolio of clients include retail, services, construction, IT, F&B, trading, manufacturing, multinational companies and co-operatives.

Azara Binte Koyah
Audit Principal
Ms. Azara started her career in audit industry since 1996, and joined the firm as audit principal in 2014. Her experience in audit and corporate tax covers a wide range of industries including trading, services, construction, shipping, engineering and manufacturing industries. She also has years of experience in handling special purpose audit engagements and certifications for government grant reimbursement claims.

Pameela Sadanandhan

Ms. Pameela started her career with us since 2012, and possesses an extensive experience in audit and taxation in a wide range of industries. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of London and is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore).

Lai Hai Leong

Mr Lai is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also the fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA). He has more than a decade of experience in the areas of assurance and advisory, with the later 5.5 years with Moore Stephens LLP.
At Moore Stephens LLP, he was an audit senior manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. These include those ranges from emerging smaller business to public listed companies, multinationals, statutory boards and non-profit organisations. Some of the industries he covered are trading, shipping and logistics, manufacturing, engineering and construction, recycling, information and communication industry, crypto-currencies and etc. He also has experience in assisting clients in special purpose engagements and various certifications for hospital, eldercare, charities and other government grant reimbursement claims. In furthering his career, he also has assisted in providing risk management, internal audit, due diligence and other advisory services.

Yin Yankun

Mr. Yin has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the profession and has been involved in audit advisory services, corporate tax compliance and consultancy services, management advisory services and corporate secretarial services.
Mr. Yin began his career as an accountant in a commodity trading company where he gained valuable finance and commercial experience even before completing the ACCA. Upon completion of his ACCA studies, Mr. Yin has worked as an auditor with an international accounting firm. Subsequently, he has also worked as a financial manager with a construction company and as a freelance project consultant with various companies with subsidiaries based in Singapore, Malaysia and China. He has served a wide range of clients including small medium enterprises, multi-national corporations, non- profit organisations/charities, private equity funds, and government linked organisations.
Lee Soon Chin, Simon

Simon has more than 20 years of experience in personal and corporate tax in Singapore and Malaysia, both in the Big 4 public accounting firms and the commercial environments.
He has extensive experience in tax compliance, tax advisory and planning, working with various industries ranging from manufacturing and trading, power and energy, distribution, engineering and construction, retail, property development, hotel and serviced apartments, logistics and warehousing, shipping, travel and Insurance. He provides advice to companies engaged in cross border transactions and companies intending to raise funds in Singapore through structured finance projects, due diligence, etc.
He is also often involved in liaising and negotiating with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) to obtain tax rulings on specific transactions, and with other government agencies on tax incentives.
Simon is multilingual, being conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Ms. Azura is the senior secretary and possesses over 10 years of experience in the corporate secretarial arena. She has served both local and international clientele for various secretarial services (i.e. incorporation of companies, preparation of resolutions and submission to ACRA, etc.) and is further responsible for the preparation and submission of annual returns.

Ms. Crystal brings the expertise of internal audit and working capital management to our firm. She sits as a director in Corptimize Consulting Pte Ltd, which is our associate company. She has over 10 years of combined experience in working capital management, internal and external audits, enterprise risk management and corporate finance and accounting.
Her consulting experience covers a diverse range of clients and industries including manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, technology, and hotel management. She has successfully executed many projects for multinational corporate clients, listed companies, family owned businesses, government bodies and non-profit organizations across ASEAN, China and Australia.
Prior to starting up Corptimize Consulting, Ms. Crystal worked in EY, one of the Big Four accounting firms, as a senior manager. She assisted clients in reviewing their working capital policies and procedures, improving their working capital position and identifying opportunities to release excess working capital that can be re-deployed within a business.
Over the years in EY, Ms. Crystal had also executed many projects in business risk services, financial statement audit and assurance services. She had also involved in projects related to business valuation, corporate restructuring and commercial due diligence.
Ms. Crystal’s other experience includes working in a listed company for two years to support the CFO in financial reporting, ERP system implementation, and performing investment analysis and financial due diligence to support M&A decisions.
